Organized every 2 years since 1967, the 25th International Symposium on Gas Kinetics and Related Phenomena will be held in Lille
from 22nd – 26th July 2018. The symposium will take place in the plenary hall of the regional government in downtown Lille.
Inscription and abstract submission are now open.

Sessions are planned on the following topics: Elementary processes, Combustion, atmospheric chemistry, Structure Activity Relationship, Chamber studies, New experimental techniques, Astrochemistry and Multiphase chemistry.
The symposium will open on Monday morning with a memorial lecture given by Prof. A.R. Ravishankara from Colorado State University, which will be dedicated to the work of the late Ian Smith. The symposium will be closed with the banquet on Thursday evening, just after the lecture given by the 2018 Polanyi Medal winner, Prof. Barbara Finlayson-Pitts from the University of California, Irvine.
